Glenn C. McGovern has published articles and aviation magazines and produced videotapes for pilots on aspects of aviation law and FAA enforcement. He has been a lecturer to pilots at EAA conventions and other pilot groups. He is an AOPA panel member and has over 2800 hours as Pilot in Command. He is currently handling a Federal Tort Claim Act aviation wrongful death and survival case against the United States Government. He holds commercial and instrument ratings. His flying experience includes flying north of the Artic Circle in Alaska; he is highly qualified to handle aviation cases.
